Beamish Museum
I am a member of the Beamish Museum Art Group ( the one in the middle). We paint at Beamish the last Sunday of every month and at events in between. We usually paint in the pit village in the School with a big fire on in winter.
We all wear the costume of the time (1912) and as it is often quite cold (this is the North East ) we wear our normal clothes underneath to keep us warm.
